What time do we pull pastries from the oven?

We are on a pre-order basis. Everything is baked to order, so there’s no walk-in menu. Order ahead and we’ll bake your items fresh for your pickup day.
Can we create custom cakes?

At this time we do not make custom cakes. This is something we are working on in our kitchen though. Stay tuned for updates when this is available!
Do we offer gluten-free or vegan treats?

Yay, we have both, baked on dedicated equipment for peace of mind. We are super proud to be 100% gluten-free and wheat-free, and we do have vegan options, those are marked on the menu through the filter button.
Will we deliver fresh bread to your door?

We offer pickup in Visalia. Local delivery isn’t available yet, but we’ll post here when it is.
Do you partner with local cafes, restaurants, or coffee shops?

Yes, absolutely! We love collaborating with local businesses. Because we operate as a licensed Class B Cottage Food Operation (CFO) in California, we are fully permitted to sell our products third-party to retail food facilities.
